MCBA met on Dec. 2, 2003. The meeting was held at Galaxy Bowling Center. Seven (7) directors were present for the meeting, Bill Bradley, Eli Harness, Lewis Jones Jr., Mike Moody, Jack Noe, Harvey Poynter and Michael Weaver. By association meeting bylaws a majority of directors must be present to hold a board meeting, in the case of our association eight (8) directors are required. The members present discussed the Holiday Doubles Tournament. The members present decided to hold a 3-6-9 Doubles Tournament and also agreed on the rules for the tournament. The members agreed to add money to the prize fund for the tournament. They also touched on the City Tournament and the 2004 State Tournament.
