Board Of Directors Meeting

Beranek called the meeting to order.
The 2005 City Tournament was discussed by the directors. John asked who could work the tournament and
the dates the person could work. Wayne
Shofner was removed from the board of directors. Gary Kerns was voted in to replace Wayne Shofner on the
board. The members discussed when and
where to hold our annual meeting. March
1, 2005 at 7:00 PM was set for the date and time of the meeting. Galaxy Bowling Center was set as the meeting
place if a room is available. John
Beranek said he would check with Galaxy and let the board know at our next
meeting. The board also voted to
furnish pizza and soft drinks to the MCBA members who attended the
meeting. The board set the next meeting
for Feb. 14, 2005 at Galaxy Bowling Center.
The meeting will start at 9:00 PM.
